MiX Employees should contact their HR administrator to request that their profile has been assigned the employee cohort


The following error appears when your profile has insufficient permissions to access a course:


This course is only available to users that have either been manually enrolled by a course co-coordinator or users who's profile satisfies the criteria for enrolment. MiX Employees that cannot access compliance courses should contact their HR representative.


You can try these steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Ensure your profile is accurate, paying specific attention to the {region} and {user type} fields. Some courses use this information to automatically enrol you in the correct courses for your region and whether you're a customer, channel partner dealer or MiX employee.

  2. The course may require you to apply for access by contacting the course co-ordinator. You can so this by clicking their name in the course contact list on page where this error appears. An example of where to find the course contact is attached.

  3. MiX Employees should first, make sure they're logged into MLC using a MiX e-mail and authenticated using Office 365. If the course is compliance related they should contact their HR representative for MLC and ask them to check that you have been assigned the correct regional cohort - do not contact MLC. If the error is not related to compliance courses, follow the steps above.
