This article does not apply to non-MiX Telematics users of MLC.
On the 17th of February 2020 all MiX Telematics employees were switched to use their domain credentials to login to the MiX Learning center. 'Domain Credentials' may be referred to under a different name in your region, perhaps "Office365 login", "Microsoft Login", "Windows Login" to name a few.
There domain credentials should be used to login to MLC after clicking the "MiX Employee" button marked "2" on the image. Should further troubleshooting be required please visit this page.
